At ENOVANHAIR, we are committed to delivering only the highest quality Vietnamese human hair. Every order is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if there are any issues, we provide a clear and fair return & refund policy to protect our clients.

Return Policy

At ENOVANHAIR, we accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

Hair must be unused, unwashed, uncolored, and in original condition (no cutting, chemical treatment, or styling).

Packaging must remain intact. Opened or altered hair cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from ENOVANHAIR.

Refund Policy

Full refund is offered if the order is canceled before shipment

If hair quality does not match the confirmed specifications (length, texture, type), we will replace the items or refund after verification.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after returned items are received and inspected.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange (different length, texture, or type) within 7 days of delivery.

Hair must remain unworn and unused

Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the order.
