Warranty Coverage

Durability Guarantee

With proper care, ENOVANHAIR extensions last from 2–3 years (for bulk and weft hair) and 6–12 months (for keratin, tape, and clip-ins).

No Tangling & No Shedding

Hair is guaranteed to remain tangle-free and minimal shedding under normal usage.

Cuticle Aligned

All hair is 100% Remy, keeping the cuticle intact and aligned in the same direction.

Color & Texture Integrity

Natural Vietnamese textures (straight, wavy, curly) and colors are guaranteed to stay beautiful with proper care.

Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty applies only if the hair is maintained according to our Hair Care Guide (washing, conditioning, heat protection, etc.).

  • Hair must not be chemically over-processed (bleached, dyed, or permed beyond professional recommendations).

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, excessive heat, or misuse.

Warranty Solutions

If a quality issue occurs within the warranty period:


  • We will replace the affected items free of charge.

  • Or, provide a partial refund/credit toward your next order (depending on the case).
